We welcome applications from those who want to help shape our organization and support our projects, whether as a Trustee guiding our governance or as a Project Manager helping bring initiatives to life. While roles are occasional, each one is meaningful and directly contributes to our mission.

Black Voices Cornwall is looking for passionate and committed people to join our Board of Trustees.
Our organisation celebrates, supports, and amplifies the voices of Black people across Cornwall, working to promote equality, cultural celebration, and stronger community connections.
As a trustee, you’ll help guide the organisation’s direction, support our projects, and contribute to positive change for Black communities in the county.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences. You might bring professional skills, community knowledge, lived experience, or simply a strong commitment to equity and inclusion.
No previous trustee experience is required.
Time commitment: around 15 hours per year.
